We are very sorry about the shipping charges, we are not responsible for return charges.
If your return is successful, we will review it and if there is no problem, we will return the refund amount to your account within 5-10 business days.

If you encounter problems in using this product, we recommend that you refer to the user manual first.
If your problem is not solved, please contact customer service in time, we will give you a reply within 24 hours.

Within 7 natural days from 00:00 on the next day after receiving the goods, if you find that there is no human fault, you can contact us for return.

Please pack and ship the product, and inform our team of the mailing information.
3. Receive your refund
After we receive the product, we will promptly review it, and if it meets our refund criteria, we will return the refund to your original account within 5-10 working days.

1. The warranty period starts from the date indicated on the purchase certificate, and the warranty period is one year, except for consumables (hardware pass, carbon cartridge). The warranty for aluminum drums is 6 months.
2. If you need to replace the purchased product, please contact us.
3. Due to product differences, products do not support global warranty, and can only be guaranteed at KARFO regional repair centers designated by KARFO. If a warranty is requested in a non-designated area, we may charge a partial fee.
